Are you an authorised dealer and installer?+
Yes — Progress Group is a stocking dealer and installer for Hydrofire, Magma / Lava Fires, Invicta, MCZ and Chad-O-Chef, and we install and service Jetmaster and SAfire units.
Will using your installer void my fireplace warranty?+
No. Installing to manufacturer clearances with the specified flue components is exactly what keeps the warranty valid. We install to spec and record the commissioning details.
Can you convert an old Jetmaster to closed combustion?+
Often yes. We assess the existing chase and flue on site and quote a closed combustion insert that fits the opening — usually a significant efficiency gain over an open convector.
Do you supply spares for these brands?+
We stock glass, door ropes, baffles, grates and flue components for the ranges we install, and can order brand-specific parts on request.
