How soon can you install?

Standard install slots typically open within 5–10 working days of confirming your quote — sooner during off-peak weeks. We'll confirm an exact date once we've done a quick site check.

Do you install outside the 20 km zone?

Yes — anywhere in the Western Cape. Additional travel is charged at cost and we'll price it into your quote up front so there are no surprises.

What warranty do I get?

Full Magma manufacturer's warranty on the fireplace and a Progress Group workmanship warranty on the installation. Register the unit with us at handover and we'll keep the record on file.

Can I pay in instalments or by EFT?

EFT is the fastest route. We also accept card in the showroom. For staged payments (deposit + balance on install day), just ask when you request your quote.

The Magma 10kW slow-combustion fireplace, 4 m flue kit, delivery and standard installation inside a 20 km radius of our Bellville showroom. Standard installation covers connection to the 4m flue kit, a single-story through-the-roof ceiling plate and cowl, and labour. Double-story flue runs, core drilling through concrete or thatch, extra flue length, corner placements, specialised plinths, or sites beyond 20 km may require a separate site assessment and additional quote.
