Basic single-storey installation is R5 500 and basic double-storey installation is R8 000. Both include one core drill. Travel is R500 within 20 km of Bellville, then R10 for each additional kilometre up to the 200 km installation service limit. The actual address and confirmed distance determine the charge—not the suburb name alone.

• Single-storey example within 20 km of Bellville: R5 500 basic installation + R500 travel = R6 000 for labour and travel only.
• Double-storey example within 20 km of Bellville: R8 000 basic installation + R500 travel = R8 500 for labour and travel only.

What these Cape Town examples do—and do not—include

These subtotals are not fully installed fireplace prices. Add the selected appliance and its approved flue system separately. If a package already includes a flue kit or delivery, ask for an itemised quote so those items are not counted twice. A double-storey labour charge does not automatically include extra flue components.

Additional core drills, bends, extra flue lengths, scaffolding, hearth work and structural or non-standard work are quoted separately after the installation requirements are assessed.
